Lucked in with the windiest afternoon of the week being my Wednesday pm off work plus reasonable tide times so had a decent long sail 2-4.30pm. With no groundswell to speak of the first hour was "Shoreham at its worst"... mid-tide choppy as hell even on the inside and basically not much fun. So after half-an-hour of crappy lump-bumping I took a long break to wait for the tide to drop a bit more.

On re-launching conditions had improved and for the last hour I had to change down to the waveboard as the wind steadily increased. This was the best part of the session - proper powered up waveboard sailing with the occasional decent jump and plenty of big flat gaps on the inside for fast gybing. The waves were a bit crap but beggars can't be choosers, 2 hours of solid 5.2 weather, a good session.
